Ledgestone for Dry Stack Walls
Dry stack walls can be found throughout the world and have been used for soil retention, delineating property lines, or simply for aesthetic purposes.
Ledgestones are generally flat building stones 3″ to 6″ thick and they come in a variety of lengths. The sides are generally flat to aid in installation but the front is more jagged to display a rustic appearance. The edges typically don’t meet, resulting in its distinctive lippage. It is commonly used for veneer, low retaining walls, borders, and raised planters. Quarried from Eastern Washington, our ledgestone can be dry-stacked or set with mortar and are available in a wide variety of earth tones.
