Mutual Materials Tacoma/Parkland branch is open to our entire customer base including builders, contractors, architects, designers, landscape professionals and residential home owners. Our showrooms will be sanitized daily to ensure we keep our customers and employees as safe as possible.

This retail branch has product displays of hardscape on the West side of the building with paver parking area and numerous retaining wall products. The front of the building continues with both hardscape and retaining wall products products, including a TuscanStone fire pit.

I’ve been going to Mutual Materials since I was 10 years old. I’ve been a long time running in brick Masonry block Masonry supplier in Washington. I use them quite often for stoner Brick on my homebuilders or for private clients. If you are looking for structural brick or stone, Mutual Materials has it. They are not cheap. High quality.

Chad is the Man! He was very helpful courteous when we were at the Spanaway mutual materials picking out flagstone rock for our waterfall. He was right there with his forklift to help lift and load 100 pounds of Stones. Chad is very kind, approachable and stayed to go through every single stone to get to the ones we like at the very bottom of the pallet. From now on we will always ask for Chad when we come to mutual materials in Spanaway.

It was a little confusing shopping during the Covid. Call the number on the door, pull into the yard & park in a parking stall, get 8n line with your paperwork - 6' apart. They'll bring your purchase to your vehicle. Super helpful & friendly staff!
