Every year the Clark County Parade of Homes opens up to let visitors see luxury homs built by the best residential builders in the region. Over the course of a couple of weeks, these homes are open for people to walk through and see the finest in design, appliances, and floorplans.

This year’s event is taking place September 8 – 24 at the Ashbury development in Felida. There will be four homes showcased from Kingston Homes, Cascade West Development, Quail Homes, and Marnella Homes.

10:00 am – 7:00 pm

A few things to know:

• Tour is closed Mondays and Tuedays
• No strollers, high-heeled shoes, or back packs allowed in the homes
• No smoking allowed on the premises
• You may asked to remove shoes before entering each home
• No pets allowed
