At Mutual Materials, we are all committed to keeping our employees, customers, and community as safe and healthy as possible during these uncertain times.

OUR BRANCHES ARE OPEN FOR DELIVERIES AND WILL CALL ONLY. PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW WHEN PICKING UP ORDERS:

  • Drive into the yard and remain in your vehicle until a yard person approaches.
  • Give your sales order number to the yard person.
  • Wait in your vehicle and one of our drivers will proceed to load your order in your vehicle for you.

In our continued support of keeping our employees, customers and the community safe, we are encouraging customers to place orders by phone to their local branch or to call our call center at (888) 688-8250.

1. When calling and placing your order via phone, please confirm where you want to pick up materials. You can find a list of our branch locations here.

      • Place your order by phone.
      • Ensure you confirm the availability of the products before picking up.
      • Have your order number handy when arriving for pick up.
      • Alert the yard person when picking up your product and give them your order number.
      • For those working with a sales representative, please process orders through your representative.
      • Deliveries are still being made and a great way to receive products.

2. For customers not placing orders and only doing product selection, we ask that you visit our website to review our products  at: www.mutualmaterials.com. If after reviewing products online, you would like to view actual samples, please call our call center at (888) 688-8250 or your local branch. We will coordinate and stage your samples for you.

3. The health and safety of our employees and customers is of paramount importance. To that end:

      • If you are sick or exhibiting cold or flu like symptoms, including cough, fever or difficulty breathing; we ask that you please stay home.
      • We have increased measures at our branches to prevent the spread of COVID-19 to include increased cleaning/disinfectant routines and ensuring employees are following increased personal hygiene procedures.
