Very poor experience all around. Rushed us off the premises. Tried to sell us a scratched, cut, and dinged up hearth. Then replaced it with another cut, rusted, and stained hearth. Sold us way more product than we needed, because they wanted to go home from work. At completion of the project they refused to return untouched & untampered with stone. They were stingy about allowing only $125 to be returned from a $2k purchase. (I am not a contractor, only a local home owner). Charged a 15% restock fee for product they overloaded me with. I honestly explained that I had more flat stones than needed, because they overcompensated for my flat screen tv area & fireplace. Because of others being dishonest they refused to allow my honest return (even after me explaining that I bought more stone than was necessary). Poor customer service and communication was avoided, making a return very awkward and uncomfortable.I will not retract this review, and hope it deters anyone who isn’t a contractor to seriously avoid making my same ignorant mistake. Seems they must cash in on people who aren’t contractors or who don’t know any better. If someone higher up would like to improve my customer service experience, feel free to reach out. Because at this point, I’ll never use or recommend your business to anyone at Spokane, Washington. If zero stars was an option, it’d be selected.Updated review: They reached out to me and explained that things were poorly handled. Also admitted they were ashamed of their customer service. That’s such a breath of fresh air (when an establishment displays humility), and they remedied the issue. Honesty is the best policy. Happy to adjust my 1 star review to 5 stars!!
