A great example of how developers are standing out is Mosler Lofts, where Mithun combined an appealing location, a modern aesthetic, and sustainability.
Designed by Mithun for The Schuster Group, Mosler Lofts is a 150-unit housing complex built on an area of .45 acres in Seattle’s Belltown neighborhood. At over 242,000 square feet, the building is comprised of two-story townhomes on the first floor, penthouses on the top floor, and one- and two-bedroom units throughout. The complex also contains a business center, library, common area rooftop deck, and below ground parking.
