Portland, OR – June 29, 2023 – On June 29th, we hosted a class at our Slabtown showroom to show all of the creative ways one can incorporate succulents into their garden designs. Succulents are often thought of as indoor plants, but they can actually withstand many different weather conditions which makes them an ideal choice for Pacific Northwest gardens.
Sponsored and organized by Westlake Royal Stone Solutions, the free design class was taught by Dawn Kleiner of Lubliner Florist from Portland, who passed on some valuable knowledge regarding succulents and the way their variety of colors, shapes, and textures can unlock a person’s creativity.
The event was also an opportunity for customers to see some of Westlake Royal’s latest veneer stone products, as well as brick options from Mutual Materials, while having drinks and appetizers. Overall, it was a great evening had by all those involved.
Our Portland showroom is the perfect location for small gatherings and events! What better way to spend a warm summer day than with a fun gardening event hosted by Dawn Kleiner, the owner of Lubliner Florist in Portland. We had a great group of artistically talented women all in one space, engaging in the delightful activity of creating a stunning succulent garden. We provided appetizers and beverages so that everyone could enjoy themselves while learning to create a succulent planter with Dawn’s direction. At the end of the event, everyone got to take their handmade garden home! –
